Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. During busy periods, dispatch may take up to 4 working days.

UK Shipping
We currently ship across the UK using the following UK shipping options:
Royal Mail 2nd Class
Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days after dispatch
Royal Mail 1st Class
Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch
Free on orders over £50

Pre-Orders
Some items may be available for pre-order.
Pre-order shipping timelines will always be clearly stated on the product page.
Estimated dispatch for pre-order items is typically 1-2 weeks unless otherwise specified.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Luelle Active cannot be held responsible for:

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the courier.
