Returns & Exchanges

At Luelle Active, we want you to love every piece you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help - with a clear and straightforward returns process.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with UK consumer regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags and hygiene liners must be fully intact

  • Items must show no signs of wear, marks, odours, or damage

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

Exchanges 

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order. This allows us to process your request as quickly as possible.

How to Make a Return

To start a return, please email us at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • A brief reason for the return

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.

Final Notes

We recommend trying items on carefully and indoors.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.
